Vintage Christmas-Dressing the Babies

When I was little, baby dolls were a HUGE part of my life, especially at Christmas! Not only did I request (and get) dolls almost every year, but they always had a complete wardrobe, too!

Now, I’m embarked on a mission to make some easy on/off doll clothes for little P, who’s just 2 (saves me doing the wardrobe changes every 5 minutes). So, I looked for a pattern that would fit her “Baby Blue” – (she’s very clever with names, just like I was: Big Baby and Little Baby were mine). Not only did I find a pattern (yes, I AM a packrat, what’s it to you???!!), but SCORE!!! there were already 6 outfits cut out: 2 jammies, 2 rompers and 2 dresses with panties. Now I have no excuse – better get going!
